Zera Noya means New Beginnings, Beautifull and Fresh. A beautifull new beginning it is for us and we hope for many others as well. For the people that will be working with us and for our customers.

 

This bakery is our biggest dream and we run it as a family. We are Vibin and Sarah, Sarah is the Pastry Chef and Vibin is mananing the overal operations! In 2018 we got married and we settled in Kochi, early 2022 we had a baby girl and we decided it was also high time to open a bakery, which feels like our second baby.

 

Zera Noya is a Dutch bakery as Sarah is from the Netherlands and did her schooling in bread and pastry baking in 2009, since then she has always worked in bakeries, in the Netherlands, in Tibet and even on sea! In 2020 we started our home bakery and in February 2023 we opened our doors of our new bakery and shop with a soft lounge and we are planning to have our Grand Opening some time in June/July 2023!
